Do you offer parking service? Does it have additional cost?

We do offer complementary parking service for all our visitors

Does the hotel have laundry?

No, there are no laundry services

Does the hotel have hot water?

All of our suites feature hot and cold water

Does the hotel have high speed internet access in the rooms and in the areas?

Yes, the speed is between 12 and 15 mbps

Does the hotel have air conditioner?

Yes, all the rooms have air conditioner

Is the area safe to explore by myself?

The Todos Santos and Pescadero area is completely safe, should you like to go hiking, we will be glad to offer a guided tour

Does the hotel accept children?

No, all of our guests must be 18 years old or above

Is the hotel all inclusive?

No, we are an experience inclusive hotel and we offer complimentary experiences per day

Does the hotel have beach access?

We are not an oceanfront hotel, however, we offer beach set ups so you can enjoy the beach

Is the transportation included in the rate?

No, the transportation is an additional service not included in the room's rate

What are the costs for transportation services?

Our airport transportation service has a cost of $210USD tax inclusive per single trip

Does the hotel have TV's?

No. We invite our guests to enjoy nature and have meaningful connections with each other

Does the hotel have room service?

We do offer room service at the restaurant's service hours from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm

Does the hotel have morning coffee service?

Are there any rooms that can accommodate more than 2 people?

Yes, our Garden Suites with two queen beds can accommodate up to three people with an extra charge of $150 USD per night plus tax and fees

Do you offer car rental services?

Do you have boards in the hotel that we can rent to surf? If so, what is the cost?

We do not have surf boards to rent

Do you offer aquatic activities?

Yes, we offer activities such as surf, beach set up and, of course our Catamaran Sea of Cortez Experience

Does the hotel have bikes that we can borrow to explore the area?

We do offer a guided Bike Ride Experience. There are no bikes to borrow

Does the hotel have a gym?

Yes, we have a functional gym

Is the hotel pet friendly?

Yes

Do you accept cash?

Does the restaurant have vegan/vegetarian/kosher/gluten free options?

Yes, we have vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten free options

Do I have to book a table at the restaurant in advance if I'm a guest at the hotel?

No, if you are a guest, you have priority over external visits

Yes, we recommend to do so. This is to make sure we create the perfect itinerary to enjoy your experience at the fullest
