It started with the land. It became a sanctuary shaped by place.

The origins of Paradero are inseparable from the traditions of the region. For generations, this landscape has been stewarded through ritual. And from day one, we’ve drawn from this lineage. The way we think about hospitality mirrors these ancestral practices: slow, intentional, grounded in care.

Set at the intersection of Baja’s five elemental landscapes

Baja California offers a rare convergence of biodiversity. Desert, coastal, mountain, agricultural, and marine influences all intersect and help shape the guest experience at Paradero. Vibrant produce and nutrient-rich soil fuel the body. Pure coastal air resets. Mountain light inspires. Guests sense an immediate recalibration throughout their stay. Moving with the land. Uninterrupted.

Wellness starts with alignment to the land.

Paradero is rooted in the belief that health is interwoven with the environment. When land is respected, it gives back, and life flourishes. Through endemic vegetation and a living milpa system, our farming practices help restore Baja’s native ecosystem to protect the biodiversity that thrives here. The foods we eat are shaped by what grows here and nutrient-rich from the living soil of the region. The landscape and abundance it yields invites nervous systems to slow, bodies to reset, and minds to clear.

A space designed in tandem with the region.

The brutalist architecture of every Paradero structure was inspired by the surrounding desert landscape and authentic cultural elements. Elements that come to life through minimalist design, and features that mimic the natural beauty of Todos Santos. Creating a serene atmosphere that transforms every stay into a meaningful journey.

Beyond Cabo

A world away from Cabo’s energy, Todos Santos reveals a more elemental side of Baja. Positioned between the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez, this rare coastline offers access to pristine waters, protected marine ecosystems, and landscapes that remain largely untouched. At Paradero, the sea becomes part of the rhythm of the stay, inviting guests to experience Baja through its natural wonders: whale migrations, ocean adventures, coastal cuisine, and moments of quiet reflection along one of Mexico’s most extraordinary shores.

The nearby town of Todos Santos is recognized as a Pueblo Magico, or a protected town. Renowned for its surf, art, culinary delights, rich culture, and close-knit community, Todos Santos will leave you feeling like you belong before you even realize it happening.
